AnswAIr Terms of Service
AnswAIr is in development and testing. These terms describe the app as it is today and will be reviewed before the public launch.
1. Who provides the service
AnswAIr is provided by Enrique Sureda (trading as Quimar Digital). Contact: admin@quimardigital.com.
2. What AnswAIr is
AnswAIr is a mobile app where creators ask questions and their followers answer inside the app. The creator reads the first answers, chooses a winner and can share the result on their social networks.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or TikTok. Each sign-in method creates its own account.
- You can link your Instagram account by sending a direct message to @answair.app. Linking is optional.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AnswAIr to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that infringes other people's rights. Do not impersonate others, send spam or try to break the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You can report from the app a question, a winning answer or the account of an influencer you follow, and the influencer can report the answers to their questions. The owner of AnswAIr reviews each report and can dismiss it, remove the content or suspend the account.
5. Your content
Your questions and answers remain yours. You allow us to store and show them in the app and, if your answer wins, to show it with your @ or alias in the result the creator shares on social networks.
The public name and the text of a winning answer are shown to the influencer's followers.
If your answer is among the ones the influencer reads, you see whether and when they read it. If it arrives when there were already as many answers as they read, the app tells you.
If your answer wins, the influencer can share your public name and your answer outside the app, for example on their social networks. When you win, we notify you on your phone.
If your answer wins, the influencer can also publish your public name and your answer on their Instagram from the app; if your Instagram is verified, they mention you with your @.
If you are an influencer, you can connect your professional Instagram account to publish the result of a question on your feed or your story from the app. Only what you confirm is published. You can disconnect it whenever you want in your profile or in Instagram's settings; what was already published stays on Instagram.
If you are an influencer and share the link of your open question or of your profile, anyone with that link sees, also on a web page and without an account, your open question, its tone and your public name. That page does not appear in search engines.
6. Subscription
To answer questions, a follower needs a subscription of €2 a month, or its equivalent in the currency of their store. Following influencers, seeing their questions, getting notifications and seeing histories and rankings do not need it. Influencers do not pay.
- The subscription is bought in the app through Google Play or the App Store, and the store charges it with the payment method of your store account.
- The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- A new account can try it free for 7 days, once. If you do not cancel the trial before it ends, it turns into a paid subscription on its own.
- The subscription is cancelled in the store (Google Play or the App Store), and the app takes you there. When you cancel, you can keep answering until the end of the paid period or of the trial.
- If the store cannot charge you, you can keep answering while it tries again; if it finally cannot charge you, the subscription ends. Refunds are decided by the store under its own rules, and if it refunds you, the subscription ends at that moment.
- The subscription belongs to the AnswAIr account you bought it with and works on any phone where you sign in with that account.
- If we suspend your account for breaking these terms, the suspension gives no right to a refund. The subscription is not cancelled on its own: you can cancel it in the store.
7. Availability and liability
While in testing, AnswAIr is provided as it is, may contain errors and may change or stop at any time. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by following the steps in our Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and applicable law
If we change these terms in an important way, we will ask you to accept them again in the app. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
