How to delete your AnswAIr account and data
AnswAIr is in development and testing.
1. From the app
Open Profile › Delete my account. The app explains what is deleted and asks you to confirm twice. When you confirm, the account and all its data are deleted at once and it cannot be undone. If your account is suspended or your role was withdrawn, you find «Delete my account» on the suspended account screen.
2. By email, if you no longer have the app
Write to admin@quimardigital.com with the subject «Delete my account» and tell us your AnswAIr alias or @. To check that the account is yours, also send a direct message to @answair.app on Instagram from the Instagram @ linked to your account: without that message we do not delete it. If your account has no Instagram linked, install the app again, sign in with the same network and delete it from your profile. Once the message is checked, we delete it as the app does within 30 days and confirm it to you by email.
3. What is deleted
Everything we keep about you: the identifier of the network you sign in with, your alias or TikTok @, your linked Instagram account, the permission to publish on your Instagram and the connected account, the record of what you published on Instagram from the app, the terms you accepted, your language, your questions, your answers and your wins, your follows and your blocks, the reports you made and those about you, your subscription data and the notices of your phones. What you or your influencer already shared outside the app cannot be deleted by us. The backups of our provider disappear on their own within 7 days at most. See the privacy policy.
4. If you have a subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: the store charges it (Google Play or App Store), not us. Before or after deleting the account, cancel it in the store. If you come back with the same store account, you can recover it in a new account with «Restore purchases».
5. Remove AnswAIr from Facebook
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the app there: Facebook › Settings and privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › AnswAIr Login › Remove. When you do, we close your sessions in AnswAIr. Removing the app does not delete your AnswAIr account: to delete it, follow the steps above.
6. Remove AnswAIr from Instagram
If you connected your Instagram to publish results, you can also remove the app there: Instagram › Settings › Apps and websites › AnswAIr-IG › Remove. When you do, or when you ask Instagram to delete your data, we delete at once the permission to publish and the connected account. What is already published on your Instagram stays there: delete it from Instagram. Removing the app does not delete your AnswAIr account: to delete it, follow the steps above.
